ODORA TRIO

The Odora Trio was formed in 2017 at the Royal Academy of Music. The trio has performed widely throughout London and the UK with major performances and broadcasts for BBC Radio.

 

In July 2025, they were announced as the winners of The Mozart International Music Competition and The Diamond Prize at The Berlioz International Music Competition. They also won 1st prize at The Paris International Music Competition 2024 and were winners of the Platinum Prize and excellent teamwork special award at The Saint-Saëns International Music Competition 2023. 

 

The Odora Trio released their debut CD ‘Evergreen’ at the end of 2022 with support from The Nimbus Foundation and The John Ireland Trust. Their CD champions British music with well-known works including John Ireland’s 3rd Piano Trio in E and Frank Bridge Miniatures. They were also keen to highlight some contemporary female works including Cecilia McDowall’s Cavatina at Midnight, written in 2008, as well as contacting composer Sadie Harrison directly to commission a piano trio, Songs of the Golden Path (2022)...
